For that reason, one day I showed her my blog and asked for her opinion (stupid idea!).
She LOVED it!!!
Sometimes she asks me to read some more. I don't mind letting her read on my computer (with me, passing over some posts...)
The other day when I picked her up she was very happy telling me that after school she went to the computer room with her friend and instead of playing games, they read my blog and the facebook of her friend's father!!!Scaaary...
I never imagined that she would do it on her own...
As you might have understood this is the reason why this post is written in english... for now (she can't read english) this is our little secret...
What is your opinion? Is my blog acceptable for my children to read (while children) or do I have to take measures?
Acho que não tem mal nenhum mas talvez já não possas escrever tão livremente sobre os temas que mais gostas ou que mais te apetece desabafar! Enfim, segue a tua consciência! Se achares que deves tomar medidas e se não ficares com sensação de desconforto, estás no caminho certo!

EliminarThat got me thinking about my children, since one of them has the ability of reading in Portuguese. She has read a few posts, while I was writing them, but she knows she has to ask for permission to do that because it's rude to read other people's personal stuff. She hasn't yet realized that after I publish something it's no longer private... and I don't mind that!
ResponderEliminarIf I were you, I'd probably tell my children that blogs and facebook are grown-up's stuff (or at least big kids stuff) and that they're not allowed to read them (not only their mother's) without supervision.
It's reasonable... but I feel it's easier to prevent her from reading other sites because she doesn't know them and may have some fear. My blog she knows it's "safe"...
